FITNESS COACH - DOCTOR - MOTHER - friend
Get To Know Taylor
I’m Taylor—a doctor of physical therapy turned fitness and nutrition coach, and mom of two. I’ve always had a passion for movement and helping people feel good in their bodies to enjoy a long, active life. Now I’m using my expertise as a physical therapist to address the whole person, not just a body part - to build strength and lifelong health.
These days, you’ll find me lifting weights, reading up on women’s health research, hosting brunch with friends, or getting outside with my family. I’m passionate about living well in a way that feels realistic, not rigid—and I believe a healthy life should make room for good food, rest, and the people you love.

My Coaching Philosophy
I believe fitness should support your life, not take it over. My approach is built on simplicity, evidence, and respect for your real circumstances—because you don’t need another program that asks you to overhaul everything overnight. You deserve tools you can actually use, strategies that feel doable, and support that doesn’t disappear after the first few weeks.
I’m passionate about helping women over 40 who feel like their bodies have changed and nothing seems to work anymore. Working with many patients in therapy over 50, I got the idea they felt forgotten or put on the back burner - that their health didn’t matter anymore now that they were past their childbearing years. But it’s time for that to change.
Together, we create a plan that blends strength training, practical nutrition, and steady accountability. It’s not about perfection—it’s about building habits that last and showing up for yourself in ways that feel empowering. My coaching style is honest, encouraging, and always free of gimmicks. If you’re ready to feel strong, confident, and capable for the long haul, you’re in the right place.
